April 23rd, 2012Commercial Industrial Builders has broken ground on another project. This project is in Guymon, OK and will be a top of the line convenience store. The project is a collaborative effort with JayComp Development, INC from Ravia, OK. JayComp is handling the “C” store equipment and CIB is handling the general contractor portion of this exciting project. CIB plans complete this project in short order with a great team of contractors and personnel.
Amarillos Regeneration 2012 at Thompson Park

People from all across Amarillo united this last Saturday, April 21 as the City of Amarillo launched the Regeneration 2012 Project in Thompson Park along with our title sponsor, Amarillo National Bank and our major sponsor, Xcel Energy. Volunteers were asked to help plant 250 new trees in Thompson Park as part of Regeneration 2012 Project, which included the planting of flower beds, painting a pool building, completing a playground renovation and placement of 25 new trash receptacles in Thompson Park. Paul Gilbert with CIB an Amarillo general contractor turned out to help plant along side the representatives from KAMR.

CIB attends Butler Mfg Sales Meeting

CIB attended the Butler Manufacturing Sales meeting in San Diego, CA last week. During the meeting Butler announced several new innovations for the product line. We are excited to be able to bring these innovations to our customers. We look forward to detailing some of these in the days ahead.

Swann Animal Clinic – progress photo
January 20th, 2012Swann Animal Clinic can hear the work going on behind their facility. This is what we have accomplished so far. We have poured the foundation and are now roughing-in or placing the plumbing that will be below the concrete floor. After we get the concrete is poured, steel erection will be next.
