Swann Animal Clinic – progress photo
January 20th, 2012Swann Animal Clinic can hear the work going on behind their facility. This is what we have accomplished so far. We have poured the foundation and are now roughing-in or placing the plumbing that will be below the concrete floor. After we get the concrete is poured, steel erection will be next. Check our website for new updates.

Swann Animal Clinic Press Release
January 11th, 2012CIB – Amarillo’s local design build firm has started demolition and reconstruction of the Swann Animal Clinic at 3102 SW 45th Ave. The existing facility will remain in operation through out the project and will be torn down once the new facility is open. The new facility will house the same clinic and grooming in the new building with much more space. CIB is happy to be part of such an exciting project for the owners so stop in and say “hello” to Seth Solomon and his staff.
Willow Creek Kennels – Press Release
January 10th, 2012CIB – is pleased to announce the construction of a new facility for Willow Creek Kennels. The Willow Creek Kennels facility was ravaged by fire in February of 2011 where they lost their building and many animals. The owners were devastated by the fires like many other families in the area, but are committed to rebuilding. The new facility will be located 4339 E Loop 335 North which is just about 1/2 mile West of Eastern St.. Since the fires Willow Creek Kennels have operating at 1840 N. Western across from Tascosa Country Club and we know they are ready to move.

December 12th, 2011AMARILLO – CIB, the service leader in commercial construction for the Tri-State, has begun work on a new area project. The firm would like to announce construction beginning on Café Marizon. Café Marizon currently in downtown Amarillo recently hired CIB to begin construction of their new restaurant location at Hillside and Bell. Construction of the new facility is scheduled to be complete around the first of the year.
